Meet Gavin Rossdale’s new black pup Kaya, the latest edition to his family. Not too long after he was adopted from an east valley shelter in Los Angeles County, Kaya is adjusting pretty nicely in his new home. Rossdale, who made the adoption known on his Instagram account, announced it just 10 days after the event. This was the start of something new, both for the musician and for those around him.
Kaya's arrival comes as a heartwarming development following the loss of Rossdale's previous dog, Chewy Mcgregor. Rossdale told Variety that the family was heartbroken by Chewy’s death, whose absence was felt as soon as he was gone.

Despite the somber circumstances, Kaya has been warmly embraced by Rossdale's family, which includes his girlfriend Xhoana X and his three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. The brothers are completely over the moon about having Kaya join their family! In the meantime our little furry friend is adjusting to his new territory and finding out all the mysteries they hold.
Rossdale shared the love with his new friend and looked back on the difference Chewy Mcgregor made in his life.

Kaya is an obvious improvement over Chewy Mcgregor, and enriches the home with love and friendship. From what we understand, Kaya is really flourishing in his new home. In the interim, Rossdale and his girlfriend have spoiled their new canine companion with unconditional affection.
