Autumn Sun, a burgeoning film distribution company, is making significant strides in the Asian film market by handling sales for a variety of films across genres. The company has secured international sales rights to the Chinese comedy "Moonlight Madness," featuring renowned Korean star Don Lee, and has already landed a distribution deal in Korea for the film. In addition to this, Autumn Sun is introducing the animation "Inspector Sun" at the Filmart event, showcasing its versatility and commitment to expanding its market presence.
Moonlight Madness Makes Waves
"Moonlight Madness," a Chinese comedy that opened in China on December 31, features Don Lee, known for his roles in blockbuster franchise "The Roundup" and Marvel's "Eternals." This marks the first time a Korean star has appeared in a Chinese production, adding a unique element to the film. Lee makes a special appearance as a jealous boyfriend, delivering his signature punches. The story revolves around a top lawyer, portrayed by Kris Phillips from "Creation Of The Gods," who finds himself entangled in complications during an affair at a hotel.

Diverse Film Lineup
Autumn Sun is also handling Asian sales for "Cop And A Half," a gangster thriller from South Africa. The company is further expanding its portfolio by introducing buyers to sci-fi horror, comedy dramas, and animated content from Hong Kong and China at Filmart. Additionally, Autumn Sun has taken on the task of promoting two Indonesian horror titles, "Curse Of The Flesh" and "Summoning Evil," as well as Thai horror "The Master’s Face (Mulu Nakru)," which has already been sold to Taiwan's MovieCloud.
Expanding Horizons with The Mayan
In another strategic move, Autumn Sun is handling Asian sales for "The Mayan," a Tamil action film directed by J. Rajes Kanna. This film is based on Indian mythology and revolves around an apocalyptic prophecy, further cementing Autumn Sun's commitment to bringing diverse and culturally rich stories to the Asian market.
