Josiah Lorton, head chef and husband of “Alaskan Bush People” star Rain Brown, was jailed on April 11. He has pending charges of burglary in Okanogan, Washington. PEOPLE has exclusively acquired booking records, which show that Lorton has at least ten active felony charges. These are first-degree burglary, first-degree malicious mischief and second-degree criminal trespass.
Convert Lorton was brought into the Okanogan County Jail on April 14. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance meaning he did not need to put up bail. He is ordered to return to court at a future date for additional proceedings on those charges.

Lorton’s representative did not respond to multiple inquiries for clarification after the arrest. The circumstances leading up to the reported break-in are still unknown, and no further statements were made about the occurrence.
