The controversy sparked when GameFreakOUT posted a link to the file that included the word “enjoy” on a Discord server. This leak was subsequently linked to what has been called the “Teraleak,” which consisted of sensitive information related to the Pokémon franchise. The leak has stirred significant interest across various social media platforms, including Discord, 4chan, and Reddit, where users have extensively discussed the implications of the disclosed information.
GameFreakOUT teased awesome content that’s coming in future Pokémon titles. They particularly noted allusions to Gen 10 titles that are currently in development for the much rumored Switch 2 console. Among the disclosed materials were codenames such as “Gaia,” unused Pokémon designs, lore entries, and even idle musings from developers.
