Shamir Announces Final Album Ten with New Music Video

As a teaser for his upcoming release, Shamir has shared new single “Ain’t The Same,” and Ten is now officially due to drop on May 19. This ambitious work will be a testament to the artist’s evolution over the last ten years. It’s the follow-up to his last album, Homo Anxietatem, which he released in 2023.

The news comes alongside the surprise release of a song named “Neverwannago.” This new track provides listeners a thrilling preview of what’s to come from his highly anticipated new album. Ten is a reflection of ordering on an individual basis within a batch of songs that are extremely personal. It includes songs like “I Wonder” written by Shamir’s best friends, as well as unreleased demos and buried treasures that have been revived and redefined.
