On April 17, the Regal Essex Crossing in New York City was packed to the rafters. It made for a rich setting during the film screening of On Swift Horses. Our inaugural headshot day attracted an awesome crowd. Actress Ella Hunt and model Sailor Brinkley-Cook brought their signature style to the night. Their presence made clear both the film’s importance as well as the excitement surrounding its release.

April 17 also proved to be a historic day in the fashion world. Many celebrities attended the Ralph Lauren runway extravaganza in New York City. Among them were Ariana DeBose and Sadie Sink, who lounged in chic fashions on their folding chairs while taking in the energetic runway show. Their presence, while certainly a sign of their industry stature, was as much about showing support for fashion that is being made differently and more creatively.

Eiza González, Kacey Musgraves, and Andra Day further lit up the largely virtual event with their gorgeous looks. At the same time, each artist displayed a strong individuality that made for a varied, electric atmosphere within the show. Such star power was an example of Ralph Lauren’s knack for pulling in heavy hitters from the worlds of sports, entertainment, and beyond.

Anne Hathaway was a high profile guest at the Ralph Lauren show. Her entourage rolled in tuned to scope out the freshest designs, and she was photographed rubbing elbows with other show goers. Her appearance became a symbolic affirmation of Ralph Lauren’s enduring place in the contemporary fashion landscape.
